it should be exactly the same amp. so you wouldnt get anymore bass

To get a better sound you need better speakers. Only thing say a bigger amp is gonna do is make your sheet louder not sounder better. Yeah I am sure you can hook it up but the wiring just maybe diff. If the wiring is the same than yes you prob can use it but again if the speakers can't handle the extra power it will actually sound worse & most likely blow them. More power isn't necessarily better.
