I was changing the low beam head light bulb on my IS350 and as I replacing the bulbs, it started to rain and the replacement bulbs got wet. How do I clean them before I install them? Would rubbing alcohol work?

cotton ball and rubbing alcohol, make sure you always handle the bulbs with laytex gloves, make very sure the bulb its totally dry before you install them and turn it on.

i usually use q-tips + rubbing alcohol.
