omg that was painful to read, I'm going to guess ESL???
anyways, take a video of you driving so we can see what your doing. It sounds like your flooring it to 35mph everywhere u go. I cant even imagine how its physically possible you'd only be getting 3.6mpg. It's prob a display error

^^ I think you both need some glasses because I understood everything he said.
OP, are you getting these readings from the "TANK AVG" section of the HUD display? Also is this after refueling? Because I've gotten the same on really short trips after refueling.
If you can post some pictures and if possible a video. These cars report actual MPG's after traveling several miles. The first miles will be off because it hasn't accumulated an average MPG.

What's unplugging ETI?
If you are idling, the instant MPG should be 0. Not sure what you are trying to say, like everyone else.
But yeah... want to retype that whole message?

Ok so my Tank AVG I's reading 3.6 and not after refueling on high way it's gets around 30 then after being in town for about 1hour I starting around 9mpg and not driving fast. I think my idling problem has to do with my intake it's a cold Air AEM ETI (electronically tuned intake) and sorry guys I'm a horrible speller even with a iPhone Lol

Another idea: Switch back to your stock intake and see if that corrects anything.
