if ur gona go with all cf body kit, which i assume u are, then go with the seibon, dont cheap out, i finally completed my cf kit and trust me, it feels good
A CF vinyl GFX rear will look out of place on your car. Of those two options, I'd go with Seibon, but you might also consider the Fabulous CF Rear Canards to match your lip. Not many people (if any) have that.

That would be good, although just getting a Seibon might be cheaper than getting a GFX + professional CF overlay.
