Takata green is nice, but a lot of people are running that color already. So I'm thinking F Sport blue or that awesome Volks blue color.
I hear ya...but I think a LC818 can get away with striking colors as well. And with the aggressive fitment (I'm at +25 offset - flushed f/r)...I think it will look sick. All in all, just thinking about it...not ready to pull the trigger yet.
Purple is my 3rd choice. I saw an IS with purple Volks/Works wheels on this forum. IMO, it looks sick!!

Out of all your choices...I would go 1.) F-Sport Blue 2.) Purple 3.) Green (Personally I agree the Takata green would look better than the "neon" colored ones). Gotta go aggressive with the body styling though like Mariano said. Good Luck!!
