geez sounds nice. when i first bought my GS i brought it in for an oil change at Wilkie Lexus and it happened to be the first weekend they had an IS-F there (this was prior to them being released) and they had free hot dogs and hamburgers.
Typically is just a nice medium size waiting area with a few flat screens, nice leather lounge chairs, coffe, soda, water, snacks, etc.. they also use to give out free roses too if the woman came with me.

JM Lexus has massage chairs, wifi, computer access, snacks, beverages, flat screens in the lounge, a quiet room, and an outdoor rooftop garden walk.
Lexus of North Miami is the one with the salon that gives haircuts. But their waaay overpriced for everything so I rarely go to them.
Lexus of Pembroke Pines, is pretty crappy imo, next time I would suggest you make the trip to JM, although I live closer to the pines dealership if you were to compare them both its like JM is a diamond and Pines is cubic zirconium

I don't need to go to Magnussen Lexus. They come to me if I want an oil change or a minor service and do it while I'm working. But I like going there. Everyone there is hella nice.

Local dealer has the usual stuff (free food/drinks, HDTVs in waiting lounges, free wifi, free car washes you ought never ever accept, etc)
They also have an arrangement with local malls that all Lexus cars get free valet parking (which again I don't recommend ever using, but I'd imagine the LS crowd likes it)
They also offer a shuttle pickup/drop off from work and do loaners for any service over 2 hours (versus the national lexus requirement of loaners on services over 8 hours/overnight)

Enjoy whatever perks you can get for you have paid dearly for them when you bought your Lexus. There is nothing free in this business. These perks exist to make you feel good, but you have paid for them. That soda and cookie probably cost 10x what you could have bought it for at Safeway. It's not FREE.
