i think free car washes and the coffee/cookies are almost at every lexus dealership, as a courtesy to their clientele. but even though it's free, i opt to never have my car washed at the dealer. ive seen some fancy ones with a platter of sandwiches and bagels along with two clear compact refridgerators with fiji water. but haircuits and massages? that's a pretty unique waiting experience right there!

Steven's Creek has some stale pastries, fridge packed with sodas, juices, and water, a fancy mocha/cappuccino do-hicky, cable tv, xbox, kid's play area, and computers with internet.
I wish they had a gym or at least a treadmill, but I still don't think I'd go back more than I have to.

I've had my car serviced at 3 dealerships in CA.
DCH Lexus of Oxnard: Small customer lounge with the usual refreshments and they recently began offering massages to their customers. I've been here the most because it's closest to me.
Lexus of Westminster: Big customer lounge with nice architecture and interior design with good refreshments and snacks. I don't know if they offer massages.
Newport Lexus: Big customer lounge with a putting green and tv's in front of the urinals in the bathroom!
However if I'm waiting at the dealership, I spend my most time checking out the new cars on the lot rather than in the lounge.

I get to pay extra over the price of stuff at the Toyota dealer for less perks. Liberty Toyota has TVs, free water, coffee, tea, popcorn and snacks for sale, but the Kuni Lexus here in Colorado has free loaner cars, but the area at the Toyota dealer is better. Toyota even gives free mugs!
