I'll be sure to tell a guy that's responsible for installing my tint that he needs to step his game up, along with getting more tools. 
I removed my panels plenty of times on my BMW so I don't think a Lexus shouldn't be too difficult. Thanks for the positive input for the few that actually contributed that.

Yes, my tint people are very experienced and when they did my IS350 2 years ago w/35% all around expect windshield, they removed front panels. Tint came out perfectly and still no problems 2 years later.
