Tapping DRL question

Before I do anything stupid, I want to ask before hand, I am wanting to tap my ccfl angels lights on my DRL, here is my question, what happen if I turns on my high beam? Would it burn my angels light? by the way I have it tapped on my park lights right now. any reply will be appreciated
