If i were you my first action will contact the seller for clear explanation and partial money back, if the seller refuse i will file a claim to Paypal to get the FULL AMOUNT of money back or call the credit card company to cancel the transaction.
There is NO WAY to say 'like new' condition.

while there are only so many WALD kits floating around in the 2is classified section, it's unnecessary to call out the seller.
to the OP, use the iTrader feedback system as it was intended for, and consider bringing this to attention to a senior forum moderator/administrator.

As mentioned by members above, use the iTrader feedback system if your attempt is unsuccessful. I look at each negative feedback and try to help resolve the issue or at least get the members talking to each other. I often will ban or restrict the seller (or buyer) from the classifieds if there is significant evidence of wrongdoing or if unwilling to communicate with the other side.
