Default Questions: GFX

I just got my rear GFX kit delivered from Lexus dealer matching my SGM color! Some how they gave me two free exhaust tips as well!

I went and got extra 3M tape. For installation I dont need to remove the bumper do I?

If you're installing it without drill you don't need to remove the bumper. You're going to have to remove the tabs on the inside of the rear lip. When applying the 3m tape make sure you properly clean the surfaces.

Use the tape supplied and add extra 3M tape if you want. Remove the tabs on the rear lip if you want to use tape only instead of drilling. If you decide to cut and drill, here is the DIY https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...installed.html
GL!!

Just apply additional 3M tape to the rear lip, remove any tabs on the rear lip and attached it to the rear bumper. No cutting or drilling require. The rear lip goes over the rear bumper. Should get two people to tape it on.

But make sure you clean the surface really well, recommend getting some rubbing alcohol and a rag.
