Title says it all. I need help on removing scratch from my glossy black vinyl roof wrap. Aerotec said to use a heatgun on a low but im scared...what if it melts the vinyl? Any ideas?

Also, what are your opinions on lowering springs? I dont know much about them. Thinking of getting lowering springs for the front to give my car a more aggressive look but idk if 2 inches will be enough to pull the look. Currently sitting on 19's.
