Default Where to get prepainted spoiler - no drilling

This is for a leased car. Looking for the least expensive way to add a lip spoiler myself. (OEM look, preferred. Nothing universal)

Thanks!

Check on ebay or Sewells. If you go the ebay route make sure you check the persons feedback. There are good and bad stories about purchasing prepainted parts.

Good luck

Most lips you purchase aftermarket, they just come with 3M double sided tape to put on. You can find them anywhere, just look around buddy

Go with Sewell (a vendor on here) and become a member to get the best discount for CL members. You'll have to have the car clean and maybe alcohol wipe the area off prior to installation as well. Basically remove the bolts anyway you can because you won't be drilling into the cars trunk.

You can cut the bolts with a dremel or I think you can even pull them off with pliers. Sewell will give you a good discount on a wing, its where I got mine

Yeah, the spoiler is only like 170 bucks pre-painted from Sewell. I pulled the 3 bolts out with pliers and taped it on. I wasn't about to drill into the trunk of my Lexus.

Thanks. Problem solved!

its annoying to spend $$$ on a "borrowed" car, but id probably be spending $200 on my total lease-bump ups if i were to have ordered an IS with a factory installed lip option.

I got my oem lip spoiler off ebay for like 99 bucks, painted. It didn't come with the bolt on, but had 3M tape. I just added more tape and it's been on my car for more than a year without a problem.

drilling into your trunk lid is a horrific experience. I drilled, and now I kind of regret it. Not that i'll ever be taking it off, I just don't like permanent. pull the bolts.

Got mine for around $100 painted off eBay, used 3m tape and it has been on my car for over 7 months with no issue whatsoever... I know some people here have them on for years with no issues...
