^ I actually wouldn't hold that against a shop. It does take a little more work to remove a tire with a TPMS system because you have to be careful not to destroy the sensor inside. I watched a mechanic from start to finish and it is a painstaking process, especially on aftermarket rims with thinner tires.
FYI: If you're in the Bay Area, Tire Outlet in Alum Rock (San Jose) is the place to go there. Every time I've been there I've run into another CL member, which is a good sign IMO.

damn 4 hours of waiting? that is ridiculous lol. I just jacked up my car and had the dealer mount/balances the tires and put it on myself afterwards. I had a place that crossthreaded my bolt only to find out 2 years later lol.

wow, I called and checked around in my area VA/MD/DC either they said $120+ or they don't do 18" Yup 4 hours, I was not the only one waited that long. A lady dropped off her car at 9:30 came back 12:30 and she waited another 1 hour.
