Default "Ultra Slim" Ballast?

I just got my "ultra slim" hid kit from xentec on ebay and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these kits? The actual ballast is in the shape of a cylinder which really doesn't make much of a difference to me but hopefully they are in some way or another better than the traditional ballasts. I ordered sets for my low beams and my fog lights so if anyone can post links up to the diy for the fogs I'd greatly appreciate that. And yes, I have tried searching. I will try to post my pics up when I finish..

That's the ballast, pretty small and shouldn't be hard to find a place to place it..

Alright so after an hour or so of removing required parts and messing with wires, I found out that they sent me a dead ballast. That's what I get for dealing with eBay sellers I guess. I urge anyone that is impatient and doesn't like dealing with bad businesses, as I do not, NOT to buy from XENTECHID on eBay.
