Kicker replacement sub
Hey so I'm going to be replacing my stock ML sub a kicker 8inch shollow mount sub. Is their anything I should look out for?? And also I herd to get the back seat bottom cushion off just pull up on it till you can slide it out is this true?

Honestly man, I wouldnt suggest this. It's barely going to sound any different if at all. And I dont know if you'll even be able to fit it. I took the stock sub out and it was a waste of time by design. If you want a little more bass, just get a 1 10" or 12" sub and hook it up the right way.

yea i second that, i just got a 12inch Hertz sub and cant be happier, plus i did a stealthy install and u cant see it, only the amp is visible and i still have usuable trunk space

Well I've got this pioneer shallow sub mounted in my stock location and tbh it works well enough for me and it did what I expected it to do. Gives it that extra kick and doesnt consume any of my valuable trunk space up. My trunk has been sound dampened though, reguardless it works well for my taste.
