Default Help. I want to confirm part is not missing.

So I just had my battery replaced by dealer. As usual, I usually check to see if they damaged anything in the process. While I was looking, I came across this screw looking thing sticking out.

I just want to make sure this is normal and no parts missing. If anyone is willing to just pop their hood to confirm, I would appreciate it. I have 2007 IS250 6 speed, just in case each model is different. Thanks in advance.
