i think you only receive it if you have an extended warranty... because for those that didn't they extended the warranty. I already had an extended warranty so they sent it to me. I received mine a month ago

It's discussed in one of the other threads on this (hopefully the mods will consolidate, we don't really need 6 different gift card threads)...apparently something about consumer law in FL that makes extending the warranty the way Lexus was doing not an option there.
(if I had to totally guess it'd be something like "if a manufacturer is providing compensation for a mfg. defect it may not be in the form of a longer warranty for that defect" or something, so that it actually "costs" them something for a defect.... FL has a lot of odd consumer laws though due to the abundance of elderly population that's easily taken advantage of)

I have a question. There is this guy who is trying to sell his $500 gift card for half the price because he sold his is350 so now he has no use for it. Are there any restrictions against this?
