Not rock chips on paint, windsheild, the next rock will just have to spread and Ill get the insurance to replace it.

I call it jinxed because i never had such bad luck with my 06-250
Did you disconnect your battery? When you lose power (by disconnecting a battery for instance) you have to "reset" the window switches by rolling them all the way down, then all the way up (and holding it until you hear a little click). Until you do that, they won't work from the driver's side panel.
There's a TSIB for that. Although unless you have an extended warranty or CPO the dealership won't fix it for free, in which case an updated nav disc will also solve your problem.
As far as rock chips, **** happens. The soft, environmentally-friendly Lexus paint doesn't help the cause though.
