Thanks. She liked my subaru sti more because of the raw power n all that
Hey guys,
I'm on the fence on which brand/vendor to buy from. Xenondepot was my first choice but after doing a lot of researching and reading different opinions on different setups, I'm really considering hidextra and ddmtuning which are both a fraction of the price.
I realized that xenondepots and ddmtuning kits have the option to run a separate relay/ harness that goes directly to the battery...I'm sure that it's a good thing to have constant running voltage but is it necessary? I was thinking maybe using the ddmtuning 3000k hid kit ($40 which is relatively cheap) for my fogs without the relay/harness as running an extra line to the battery would be more of a hassle. As for the low beams, either ddmtunings 4300k hid kit with the relay/harness ($52.50) or the hidextra 5000k hid kit ($79.99) which does not offer the relay/harness.
Hmmmm decisions decisions...i know its not this complicated to pick but still on the fence
p.s. my friend gets a brand called xenith xenons (http://www.xenithxenons.com) and they're going for $79.95...

The LED board should have come with a festoon adapter that you plug into that white connector.

^ Ahh, looks like V-LEDS changed things up. They used to include all the adapters, but I guess now you need to explicitly choose one. You need the 31mm festoon adapter. I'll update my LED replacement guide to reflect this change.
