Exclamation catalytic converter(check engine light)

Hi,Im looking for information on my 2006 is250 awd.I have recently had my check engine light come on twice in the past 6 months.First time was multiple missfires coil packs the second time the converter.Car was checked at the local toyota garage and said bank 2 was bad?Is this right, left,or center midpipe?I was told bank 2 is opposite from cylinder one and the reverse. With not many choices out there for awd models,do they make headers for awd?We dont have emissions here in swpa so im not worried about being legal. What would be the best setup if I was to replace all the way back?Conservative setup, not too loud. Thanks,Bob

If it's your converter why not get it replaced free under warranty?

(and no, there's no headers for the AWD model presently)

91,000 miles on car 80,000 is the warranty period.
