Cannot do it. Sitting here with a toolbox. Help

Remove the cover from the trunk lid (its held on by plastic push in clips) just pull them out.
Remove the handle from the saftey release
There are three 10mm bolts that hold it on and some really awesome tape. Good luck.

Wiggle them back and forth with pliers until they come out or shave them off with a dremmel.

Got it. You need at least two ppl - one to hold it down for brut force.
