So I was reading the posts on the "Got my GFX kit" thread and I noticed that Sewell had some sort of group buy and was selling the entire kit (front and rear lip plus side skirts) for $200 around 2 years ago. Wow did I miss out :/

I looked on Sewell and the front lip alone costs $400

Any chance of getting some other sort of group buy for the whole kit again?

if you have the 09+, then theyre going to cost $400+ for sure. the only reason they were selling them that low back then was because they were being discontinued.

you could try seeking out for the rear and sides because they fit all year 2IS.

sewell closeout sale, might not have certain colors but they are cheap atm

and the 09 front gfx lip is still 400+, i bought mine at full price about a year ago for 600 -.-

I just bought my front lip for 400 and my rear for 170. Also bought the updated tails for 450. Mine is an 09'

i really want to but the kit for my 2010, but i think $450 for that little 2pc front lip is crazy, does anyone know if they will give us a better deal if we do some type of groupbuy. Im thinkin a fair price for the whole kit should be around $500-600.

As long as people buy it at the retail price it is offered, they wont do a group buy or even lower the price.
I find it expensive for a two piece lip spoiler.

Eventually, the 09-10 GFX will be discontinued and Sewell will have a closeout sale on them. When that happens, I will be getting some spare front lips. I've only had my front gfx on for 3 months and it's already scraped all over the bottom and rock chipped...and I'm only on Fsport springs.

Same here, but I would still feel bad about a $500-600 price tag when the whole kit went for $200 before :/

I guess we'll just have to wait till the 09-10 gfx gets discontinued

I got my kit for $500 and 4weeks later went on sale at my job for $75front ,$75sides and $75 rear i was mad

just FYI, the 09-10 gfx lip kit is a 2 piece kit that does not cover the center of the bumper. if your car is lowered and you're looking to protect your bumper, you may want to look elsewhere
