wheels questions for my IS350
Those that know wheels please help!
How are they? (quality, look..etc) I know that Work and Volk are great wheels but how are these comparing to them.
1)Linea Corsa Dyna wheels (silver)
2) Iforged (silver)
3) MMR (black)
4) Work Meisters (chrome)
I have an IS350 SGM

I had a set of 19" work s1's on my 350z. I'd have to say strength wise, I whacked a big pot hole and no damage. Also, on my other cars i owned various brands of rims and have always wanted something better. When i finally bought quality rims, I did regret spending the money one bit.
What you gotta ask yourself first is are you fine with cast or do you want forged?
Then look at your budget. If it isn't high either find something you like at that price range or just save up.

I suggest you come back with your budget for wheels and tires/mounted n balanced... no sense blow your budget on wheels and have them sit in a corner cuz you cant afford the 1k for tires ALTHOUGH some will see this as a good thing... like me~ JDM 4EVA BABY!!!

^ +1.
cost of aftermarket wheels isn't just the wheels themselves. in addition to tires, you'll also be looking at:
- properly-sized hubcentric rings, if said aftermarket wheels aren't using the lexus 60.1mm hub bore.
- aftermarket lug nuts, if the oem lug nuts won't fit or won't thread down to secure the wheel
- wheel spacers, if the wheels won't clear the is350 brakes
- fender work, depending on the wheels' widths/offsets

If I lived in a climate that was hot and sunny all year round and it was within budget, I would go with some nice forged wheels! You could rock sweet wheels all year long and not have to worry about switching them out to winters. However, almost half the year is covered in snow or gravel filled roads until late spring where I'm from. This is why my mentality has always been to cheap out a bit on wheels.
I had 19 inch LC Dynas in hyperblack on my previous car. I hit many big potholes that I thought for sure would have cracked or bent the rims but they held up very good actually. The hyperblack finish was a different story. It didn't stand a chance with all the rocks and sand that we use for our winter roads. The rear was especially bad with the 4 inch lip...but if you are looking for silver I can't imagine you would have this problem. You can't go wrong with the TE37's...such a beautiful timeless design

I am ordering wheels, right now I might buy some work gnosis gs-1 from a member on here, another choice I am liking very much are the linea corse lemans (LM replicas)
I am going to drop on coils.
I want to go with 18's.
what would be the best offset to get the lemans and sit flush ?
are the work gnosis forged?
