hahaha Sorry guys, but last week a bunch of you were talking about how if you have "skills" 2wd is just as good as awd.
Simply isn't true..
In these situations, no matter what tires and how much skill you have, there's no replacement for AWD/4wd...
Taken this morning while I was out having some fun!
(Sorry my camera man didn't want to wake up...)
Yup 2wd guy here:
Another 2wd'er
Going to post a video in a bit when it's done uploading..
Even the 250 AWD would have problems in real snow conditions!

It's almost as if those people understood clearance and tires had a lot more to do with getting around in snow than drive wheels.

And yet, amazingly, for most of the last century when almost nobody had AWD, society in the northeast, midwest, canada, etc did not entirely shut down when they got some snow.

Didn't grandpa tell you about how he used to walk 3 miles to school UP HILL BOTH WAYS in snow as deep as his waist?!
Jk- but yea, back in those days things did shut down too, however people were also more tough (they really would walk to work in snow)..

were you alive in the last century? I'm pretty sure back in the day people walked a lot more than now.

I grew up in NY in the 70s and 80s, and lived in Canada for part of the 90s and I can assure you that short of true many-feet-deep blizzards stuff did NOT shut down and people got around in RWD vehicles just fine.
