NoAlias, jnguyen87, you can drill the hole but I can see it being real flimsy. I would just take it to a muffler shop and get it done right and not be ghetto lol.

You are right.. When you slide off the original tips, the stock muffler has a little 2" diameter, 2" long tip that you can slide the s2k tip on. The bolt from the s2k tip will tighten onto the original pipe. No Welding/Cutting needed..

It a bolt on not weld on. Yet to hear any member weld it on or have it fall off just from the screw that holds it.

Will it fit if you have an aftermarket exhaust? or does it only fit on stock ones? cus I wanna get the Greddy exhaust but I don't really like the look of the new tip, so it would be great if I can switch it with this tip.

you would have to cut off the tips on your greddy. Then you wouldnt have anything tubing to slide the s2k tips onto...maybe have to weld some kinda tube onto your greddy "canister" then slide the s2k tips onto that?

it wouldnt look ghetto. it would look just like if you welded it on. Slide it on, tighten the bolt down. Welding it on wouldnt look any different, except possibly more "secure." So far tho no one as lost theirs due to tightening that bolt.

You DO NOT need to weld or drill hole. AP2 exhaust tips directly bolts onto our stock exhaust pipe. It's a sold fit on the exhaust. AP2 tips are a lot larger then the GFX tips. The only issue you are going to have when installing these is removing our stock exhaust tips. Just use some WD40 and rubber mallet to remove it.

I took pictures of my AP2 tips that i just bought last week. Gives you guys a good understanding of how the bolt on works.

Kangsta, I would suggest you searching used ones on honda/s2000 forums. If you're lucky you can get them pretty cheap for around $50-$80. Do not buy it from the honda dealership because its a rip off. I believe they sell it for nearly $300 for a set of new ones.

As for ebay, member: wheelcapaccessories sells them. Just email him to see if he has anymore in stock.
