So now you just insured that there will be no warranty on the brake pads and rotors. All you have is warranty on their workmanship.

having a good business/working relationship with a service advisor at your local lexus dealership goes a long way.

Ya to be honest it all depends on the gm, when they replace my passenger seat, the guy made up some bs problem so that lexus Corp will replace it for sure, dealers get paid for warranty work, don't understand y some dealers are such aholes about it

the service guys are realli nice down there in greenwich
but the service manager is gay n thinks he knows best bout everything
aka he will never admit he is wrong
yes they finally found that my car had warranty and the service writer told him the night before and i would have loved to hear a sorry but he has to much stuck up his behind
because he was on the phone for a 1hr tellin me i didnt have warranty on my car
i got the car back safe and sound but there is all this rust stuff all over the wheels
so i mma take it back to get them to look at all that cuz it wasnt there b4

Be sure to bring someone with a NY accent and talk about how crazy it is when you're driving on roads with maybe an inch total of snow.

Oh yeah and don't forget to floor it the whole time with traction control on. :P
