Default O2 Sensor check with error code

I have a P2195 and states bank 1 sensor 1. I want to see what i need to fix this myself.

Can someone verify that denso 234-9051 is the correct sensor and is the same as the Lexus version?

Next, is this doable myself, Lexus wanted $600 including sensor. I don't want to have them do it because I am suspicious they did it on purpose because it came on ledss than 5 miles from leaving the dealer for brake recall and installing sway and oem spoiler where they said they made no money on me.

So that is where I am at.
