More questions, I see Sewell has painted bumpers for like $500 delivered, should I just go that way as opposed to a body shop?

Got rear ended this morning (bumper destroyed at least, but it was -20 so didn't look at it in detail yet) by a woman either texting or dialing on the phone.
Car had never been painted, wrecked or dented...ARGHHH
Luckily she was insured (I was in a bad neighborhood) and she already admitted fault so they will pay to get it fixed, but that isn't the point!

Everyday I run across at least one person who has no idea of what's going on around them while they drive 55-70mph down the freeway. Just oblivious due to their cellphone or texting.

While I agree that phones should not be used when driving (I never do, and hate when people do), chances are if she wasn't using a phone, she'd have been doing something else equally stupid and still hit you for some other reason. Sucks.
If it's just a bumper cover (which it kind of sounds like), it might be worth just buying the bumper cover and not having an accident on the Carfax, though it is still fairly minor, so it's not like it would affect the value THAT much, especially if you keep the invoice from the insurance company showing exactly what happened. If it's just a bumper cover and the new one looks good on the car, you don't really need to look at it very hard to tell it was fixed properly.
If it was more than that, then I start to wonder if they did a good job underneath, etc. and it would make me more suspicious of the car if I was thinking of buying it.
