I love CF but it's a little too much IMO.

My 2 cents:
Hood is great but need to be painted to match the car and the trunk and also the gas tank door.
The trim on the doors need to go back to original.
The rest I dont mind.

First and foremost, Welcome to CL!

Your ride looks sweet, but of course, it can look sweeter.

So my suggestions:

1. Remove the gas cf/black cover - immediately!

2. Remove your white side pillars and replace with cf or just leave it black

3. Replace the grill...get F sport grill instead

4. Sell your front spoiler. And purchase the 2009 GFX front splitters instead. I have the splitters on my car. They are subtle looking, but at the same time very aggressive up close...looks really sick! And the splitters will flow so well with your "rally theme" setup.

5. Paint the hood to match the car. I saw the same EVO Seibon hood on a white IS-C awhile back, and let me tell you, it look sooooo sick. I couldn't believe the hood actually flowed well on an IS.

6. Side splitters. They look short as if they were not made for the Lexus. Checkout www.chargespeedusa.com They have side splitters that look so sweet on the IS - perfect fitment. I actually ordered a set.

7. Rear diffuser is SICK!! I have the same one (Varis right?). But I bought the rear diffuser for my STi (I mean my ex-STi now). I sold my STi and never got a chance to install. So it's collecting dust right now. I'm thinking of selling to an STi or even to a Lexus owner - or maybe I'll install on my Lexus instead.

8. Paint the trunk. This way it will flow well when you paint your hood.

9. Need to get more aggressive (wider wheels) setup. Again, to flow well with your whole on road rally theme.

Good luck!

Is this all done with carbon fiber vinyl? If so just wrap the whole car. Also are those brake calipers covers that snap on? Car definitely stands out...has potential.

Welcome to CL!

There's a few things i would change around but then again its your car! As long as you like it then that's all that matters!

What wheel/brake set up is that? I see titanium (?) lips and a white caliper.

hmmmm....

I guess you probably already got the vibe by now. white cars and cf is a bad combo in this class of cars. I have yet to see a white lux car done up in cf body panels that looked decent to say the least.

get those cf pieces sprayed white and you'll have one of those "why didn't i do this a long time ago??" feeling.

but hey, there's always the old cliche ... as long as you like it ...

OP - this is the IS-C I saw at the car show with the Evo CF hood painted.

Car look more sick in person; especially when hardtop is up. Anyway, just picture the same setup on your car...sick right.
