First outing with the full registered and titled (in my name) IS250 :)
Well the day finally came after a few weeks of waiting and I'm happy to report that the car I paid for is finally officially allowed on roads and not worried about guys who come at night with black tow trucks!
Here's some pics! Pretty stock, I changed some lights out but nothing else.
So far I'm loving it.....it's very different than my other cars, but that's what I was going for. It'll take some time to get used to a few things but overall I'm super happy!!
I want to thank all the great people of this site for all your help over the last three weeks! I couldn't have survived without you!!

ps. just got the vleds 6k drls (sucks because I just noticed tonight how much I really would end up using the highbeams in the back woods, I might just aim the fogs up and use those as my highbeams) today! can't wait to put them in tomorrow.
HID foglights should be here on tuesday.. will have to put them in next weekend.

yeah!
fkin lexus financial was the big jerk in this saga.
The "friend" followed through and got the title, and sent it back out within 1 hour of getting it.
Fedex came through too.
Lexus held a check for 9 business days and didn't attempt to even find it until I called in and *****ed them out.
Then, after they closed the account, it took me 13 phone calls over 4 days to get it sent out overnight on thursday.
The person who signed the title signed it on the 20th.
I was lied to on the 14th 17th 18th and 19th when they said they had the title and it was ready to go.
I feel no shame in filling out a BBB complaint on their behinds.

For now just swapping DRL's to 6k Leds tomorrow. Then HID fogs when they come in.
I really want to figure out my music system. Right now I'm going to be using my cell phone (samsung epic) as my music source. The only problem is the USB power adapter that sit flush in the cig lighters don't seem to provide enough power to actually charge it, especially when bluetooth + 4g + gps is on. even with just bluetooth being on the battery wont charge, which sucks, because I was trying to make this phone MY ONE source for music (via slacker or the sirius app).
I also like to listen to music that I have on my home server that sits in the basement. I have like over 200k songs on that server. I have an app called subsonic that lets me stream from the server to the phone.........so again if I could just get the phone to charge while in the car, I'd be all set.
So that means I'll probably try to "Mod" something up where I can get it working.
Then I have to hardwire my 9500ix radar detector in there somewhere.
Tint is scheduled for mid February

New wheels at somepoint
