as for the springs, im not sure if they make a set for the is350 but i know when i had bought the Tein s-techs they could fit the 250 & 350 so the Road Magnets may work with both also.
this is probably a dumb question but are you stock wheels 17's or 18's? id kill to drop mine that low but i am putting on 19's once this stupid snow clears, and i don't want them to rub...maybe not a good idea?

my stock wheels are 18's, i think if yu go 19's yu should be ok, i think 20's with this drop may require some fender mods.
its not the so much the size of the rims but mostly the size of tires and offsets and amount of drop that cause rub... there are more than enough threads that explain this here on the 2IS board.
wow ! you have cleared up what my choices will be when i get my is.. hopefully they will fit on the 350 also or i will have to search for road magnets that do. that looks great.
im going with 19 x 8.5 all around, im going to try to stay close to the factory offset and what not, probably will have it all done in another month! ive been reading all those wheel threads like crazy!
