Angry HELP! F-Sport Exhaust Fitment Issues

So I got an F-Sport installed at the dealer pretty recently and noticed the left muffler hangs a little lower than the right but the left also sticks out just a little farther than the right can. Anyone else with the same exhaust have this issue? The dealer is saying that it's common and the left side is more weighted so no matter what they do, eventually it'll always end up hanging a little lower. I personally don't agree because if that were the case wouldn't Lexus have designed it differently? I'm all about the symmetry of my car and think it looks ugly this way. Before I go and speak with them about this again I just wanted to see what other people with the exhaust think..

I see you are in Nor Cal.. which dealer was this?

Just go under the car with some WD-40, spray the rubber hangers and tug it out or push it in. Hell, in the manual, it reminds you to make sure it's symmetric with the other side. If you still have the manual, I'd go back and show them that.

Never noticed this. I reeeeeealy hope mines isn't ugh I'm not even gonna look. I wouldn't except the un even ness you spent top dollar on this exhaust if you bought it new. I don't believe lexus would design and put there name on something that doesent contribute to the pursuit to perfection.

^^^ u can fix it. It's been talked about on here before. People have done something and tweaked it to make it look right. I don't have an f-sport exhaust so I don't remember the exact details but I've read it on here

I guess I don't see why I should have to figure out how to fix it, then why did I pay the dealer to install it? I might as well have done it myself? I get what you're saying, I guess I'm just disappointed that this came from Lexus.

^^^ yeah I see what u mean. Paying good money then have to fix it. Also I would never bring anything into the dealer to do. Expensive I alot of times I feel like the techs in there have as much experience as we do. They mess up alot.

i agree with the posts here saying how we should expect everything to be perfect since we paid good money for these products. However, if you do decide to fix it, you can try this: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...too-low-2.html

My fsport exhaust fits perfectly. The connections to your exhaust may just need to be loosened and then readjusted.
