So i got my Invidia midpipe installed with my megan axle back system, and i love it. The only problem is that the midpipe doesnt have enough clearance i guess with the under brace(i think thats what its called) and the rear sway and it hits it. This produces a very unpleasant sound thats really annoying and makes me not want to drive
Has anyone had this problem...how did you fix it??
I was told to use some type of heat wrap and wrap the pipes that are shaking.
Please let me know what you guys have done for this....Thanks

I would never use wraps on any exhaust component. You can trap moisture and it can cause problems down the road. Is it touching all the time or only when the car is on?

Somethings not tight if it's hitting it enough to make a sound as you drive. And if you don't have clearance, do you think you'd be able to wrap it?

This. It's a better idea than wrapping the exhaust. The exhaust has quite a bit of heat to it and when you wrap it, you're heating the air between the pipe and the wrap, causing condensation.

Check all your bolts and alignment before doing anything else.
