Another helpful tip is to trim off the plastic tab that has the hole in the center, which is located on top of the module.

Thanks for the thread. The up-close pictures don't really show where the module and wires are supposed to go, but maybe that'll be more obvious when I pop open the hood and look at it up close. I'm hoping to get it done this weekend!

Ok I'm gonna revive this thread AGAIN. I took the initiative to install these LED DRLs this morning. The driver's side was an easy install, but the passenger side is a PITA. The passenger-side headlight assembly does not have as much room as the driver's-side assembly, and that was already a tight fit with the modules inside the assembly and with the moisture shield cap installed on.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to deal with the passenger-side? I absolutely cannot cram any of the wiring or the modules into the assembly. I've considered running them without the moisture cap on, but decided against this (unless this is ok). If anyone is in the Bay Area and wants to take a shot at cramming all the wiring in, I'll pay.

The trick is to move the wiring aside within the housing unit below where the opening for the bulb is... then push the module and all wires down there.

See the pics below for how it should look once you have inserted the everything, and then how it looks once you have re-inserted the bulb.

That pic helped! Now everything is jammed on there BUT the moisture cap wouldn't seal tightly for the metal bar to secure it- the bulb with the socket plugged in extended too far out to the edge and the cap doesn't fit. Its kind of hard to describe, but I'll take a picture later. For now I'll leave the moisture cap off, shouldn't hurt for a few days and the weather has been relatively warm/dry.

^ If you're coming to BLOX or BOS 7 and still haven't figured it out I'll take a look.
