i notice some of you guys are saying its not a big deal no one got hurt, why would you wait till someone got hurt? I understand sometimes ppl make mistakes but there are also ppl that constantly drive unsafe every day. If you see someone breaking the law and putting themselves, yourself and others in danger, then do the right thing and report it, think about it you might prevent something from happening in the future, maybe save a life

Everyone is assuming that the woman did it on purpose? Maybe she honestly mistook the lane she was in? Maybe you did? 
Maybe she's on a Prius forum whining too about an IS that pushed her into another lane?
I like to consider myself a pretty safe driver with road awareness. But roads can be very confusing and unforgiving of missed signs. There was one time I didn't know there were two left turn lanes and I accidentally cut off another car. Oops, sorry.
Yes, I agree to report her, in case there's a history of this. But to say she should never be allowed on the road is a bit over the top. Everyone getting behind the wheel stands a chance of ruining someone else's life.
Also, the OP needs to take a small bit of blame for not noticing "her mistake" and being caught off guard like that. Intersections are very dangerous.
(Just playing DA, and hoping everyone will calm down when driving...)
