Default headlamp washers standard or option on 350?

I'm curious, are headlamp washers standard equipment on the IS350 or is it actually an option that can be removed? I looked on lexus.com, and it seems to be an accessory, but the dealer ordering guide isn't really clear on this. Thanks!

It's a hundred buck option. Look waaay down to the bottom of the attached link.

thanks. yeah that's where i saw it as an option. But then in the dealer ordering guide under 'headlamp washers', they only have it listed as an option for 250AWD, which would mean for the other models it's either not available or standard feature. That's why i was confused. May be i should just ask the dealer.

Its an option that you add. Not standard on any models.

I have them on mine...but I want to disable them. They don't help that much and it does nothing but leaves streaks on a freshly washed car

They came on my car (second owner). I have an 06 350 with sport package and apparently some other options as well.

They've come on both of mine, northeast region must order them that way. Not the most useful feature as Trza said, just makes a mess more than anything.

If you custom order your car, you can build it however you want. just gotta wait longer.

But yeah... pretty useless IMO.. haven't found them useful. Maybe to blast the headlights after snow and salt and grime lands on it.

thanks all for the replies. Looks like i'll have to bring it up to the dealer and see how they do it here in my region. Hopefully it can be removed.
