Default Good iPod option?

Does the Lexus have anything that can hook up through the AUX or something that enables iPod/iPhone integration into the OEM headunit as well as charge it?

Check out the VaisTech ML+. It's pricey, but has a lot of features.

VaisTech is probably the most popular, they have several applicable models with different functionality. Also Dice and USA SPEC make aftermarket solutions. Lexus sells their own integration kit, part number PT545-00082.

There are literally dozens of different threads discussing these options in our searchable archives - try searching "ipod integration" to begin your research.

Has anyone ever seen this cable anywhere besides ebay? Any retail stores have it?

^ That's not quite iPod integration though. If the OP wants to be able to use his nav screen/headunit and steering wheel controls, he needs an integration kit (from VaisTech, DICE, USA Spec, Lexus OEM, etc.). If he just wants to control everything through the iPod itself, without true integration and lose a little sound quality, going through AUX is just fine. You can use Pandora through iPod integration kits as well btw.
