ran over a curb... something hanging loose... help
Hi all,
Wondering if I could get your opinions on something. Tonight I was parked in a parking lot at the last spot in the row so there was a curb beside me. When I was leaving I forgot the curb was there... I know, very stupid of me... So when I pulled out I made a sharp turn and went up on the curve and then my front wheel came down, but the curve was now under the side of my IS350!!!! I immediately turned the car the other way and came off of the curb, however I heard alot of scraping in the process.
When I got home I looked under the car and there doesn't seem to be any major damage to it. However, there is a piece of insulation or something hanging down from the edge of the rocker panel... Does anyone know if this is critical piece of insulation... something that I have to get replaced? or is it fine that I just tuck it back up under the rocker panel and everything will be okay...
Sorry my description sucks... maybe I will take some pics in the morning so its clearer.
