Hehe yeah, but I'd say that 80% of my driving is highway, 15% street, and the other 5% is just getting to and from the Batcave to normal steets...hehehehe

P.S. Just to confirm: If you get the new 2011 lights with the audi LED feature , that means you don't get adaptive lighting anymore, right?
^_^ Right, no more adaptive lighting, instead I just have the Auto Leveling.

Exclamation Auto Leveling Sensor

Oh yeah, speaking of Auto Leveling...be careful if you lower the 2011 IS... watch out for that pesky sensor or you'll get one of these

The sensor was in a 90 degree position instead of upright like it needed to be...got "disturbed" when the lowering springs were installed. Luckily, my good buddy in the Batcave (Jimmy at Longo Lexus) fixed it quickly by putting it back in it's correct position

I gotta say, I never wanted a 2011 IS until I saw a black Fsport on the streets a couple of days ago.

Nice car Master Wayne

I'm glad you mentioned that. That didn't even come to mind. I was thinking about getting coilovers for the 2011 IS350 F-Sport I just got.

So this happens to all 2ISes (not just the 2011 IS) that have auto level sensors and get lowered?

That, I'm not sure about-- my 08 had the Adaptive Headlight system, and I have no clue what the sensors were like that that one, or where they were, but I had two sets of springs installed on my 08 and never had any problems (and the springs were installed at two different shops)

On the 2011, it has Auto Leveling, so I've attached the two images I have of the rear sensor, which is the one that was moved during the installation of my springs--

The sensor should be in the upright position (the picture with the tool moving it haha), not at an angle like mine was.

Hope that helps ^_^

Integress: Thanks for the info and pics about the sensors! I'll have to see what happens when I actually do lower mine.
