does Lexus dealers give out loaner car even if you didn't buy the car from them?

lol that happens to me all the time. I specifically told my SA about it and they still wash it.

If you look at my vehicle history. It'll say car wash declined and on the next line complimentary car wash performed....

yes they usually do....even you didnt buy the car from them...

yea and I find it "highly unlikely" that you have ever been to the Lexus dealer in southern NJ to find out exactly how they treat someone who didn't buy a Lexus from them! Gimme a break man, just because you "get the same" treatment, doesn't mean everyone else does.
