Default Sirius Satelite Trouble

I just installed Sirius on my 2007 IS250. I used the SCC1 tuner and the TOY-SC1 adapter along with the shark fin antenna adapter.

The problem is my radio does not display the text from the satellite only the channel number. I have tried changing the dip switches on the adapter from scrolling to non scrolling, and still nothing.

Has anyone had this problem? Is it the stock radio even capable of displaying text from Sirius using the TOY-SC1 adapter?

My OEM satellilte only displays the channel number and name of the station. Nothing more and nothing scrolling.

I found another post with the same problem using the TOY-SC1 adapter. The person who installed it for him told him it would not work with our radio. I have since ordered the Vais Tech adapter to see if that will work.

When I install it i'll post my findings.

After removing the adapter and checking my connections I now get nothing in the SAT mode. In fact, it will not change into "SAT" mode. I even ordered a VAIS adapter and tried that with no results. I guess I damaged the radio.
