Based on everything u said I'd go for it and make them agree in writing that the bumper will match.0.9 apr is a deal u cant pass up and with all the issues ur car now has get rid of it before u get nothing for it. I sold my last car and was being bugged and has next to NO issues with it but people ***** for nothing sometimes, at least with the dealer they wont come back to you with x,y,z.

The question now is whether or not it will be possible for the color to be matched without noticing an obvious difference between the bumper and the body?

You don't know what caused the damage requiring respray (and dealer didn't either other than it happened), correct? That's the gap that makes me suggest walk away.
Repaint for CPO often happens on front bumpers and sometimes hoods for rock chips, but seldom for a rear bumper. That's an accident.

I do agree that the paint doesn't match though. Looks like they used the wrong paint on the bumper.
