Haha, no problemo.
But back to the OP, yeah that box in the picture above is supposed to contain the "warning triangle" and the straps are called "warning triangle storage belts"...hehe...mystery solved!

I wasn't able to find one, but if you really wanted it I'm sure you could find an emergency kit which includes an emergency triangle to stow there in its place.
I'm actually glad we don't have that, the IS trunk is cramped enough as it is!

I use mine to hold a roll of blue "Shop Towel" paper towels, and it has come in handy. I also noticed that my local Lexus dealership has Lexus monogramed fleece blankets that come rolled up and should fit perfect.
