The 4080 12" Subwoofer Box Is Back!
I don't think this has been posted up yet, but the 4080 12" subwoofer box is back, reincarnated as a Science of Sound - "Boxology" box. It was basically rebranded after the original manufacturer, 4080, had a falling out with one of its partners.
So, for anyone who is looking for a simple, stealthy, high quality 12" box, look no further: http://mysosinc.com/box_lex_IS.html

Aside from the the very high quality (the designer is very reputable within the car audio industry), perhaps the biggest selling point is that it's built specifically for our cars. It tucks into the right corner of your trunk, so you retain your spare, your grocery net, and your ski pass. The carpet match is also pretty close to perfect. Paired with a JL 12w6v2 and 500/1 or HD750/1, you have a relatively budget-friendly, elegant, and hard-hitting subbass solution.

Q-Logic setup? Nice.
This enclosure is a nice middle ground between a plain old box you stick in your trunk and something fully custom. It's also great for those that want the OEM/stealth look. It's all about preferences.
