There's a few superchargers out there for the 2IS, not entirely sure, but i think you have to get them shipped from Japan and the price range is around $7-10k. Might as well get an IS350, man.

I came to terms that I would never be a 350 even with molding my 250. It'll be expensive and a lot of work/downtime

Funny that you ask about superchargers, I just was watching the Armaspeed Supercharged IS250 on youtube yesterday randomly.

true that... but another way of thinking is... you can be the fastest 250 out there

I'm curious what "good things" you're referring to.

The market for a 2IS supercharger is weak due to the fact that it's cheaper (and more reliable) to upgrade the model (250->350->F) than it is to add forced induction.

From the few CL members who installed the supercharger, you're only going to net 60whp tops. Cost for materials will be around $6000, not including installation ($1K, perhaps?).

Nitrous will give you a better bang for the buck.

It would be easier to buy a 350 and put 250 emblems. IMO

Yup... supercharger/turbocharger is going to be pretty pricey. As others had mention, it's actually cost the same to trade-in your car and get an IS350.

I see that you are also in the US, the IS350 should have been the primary choice if you wanted speed and HP. I know in some countries, you only have the IS250 so people there use force induction to increase their HP since IS350 is unavailable there.

But if you really want supercharge it, you'll be unique with a very few supercharged IS250 out.
