i regretted i turn it down when i signed the paper. should have gotten that 6 year 100k warranty. i'm planning on purchasing it through the same dealership when i go in for the 1st oil change (5000 miles). will the price changes by then because i've already bought the car?

Should not cost you anymore than when you first bought the car. The extended warranty would not have even kicked in until after the factory warranty was over with. Just a note, 100k Lexus warranties can generally be purchased for the 1700-1800 range. Do not pay the dealerships 3000+ pricetag.

Other than basic things like inflation, the cost should be exactly the same the day you buy it or on the last day of your factory warranty (4 yr/50k miles) which is the last day you're eligible to buy it.
As noted, don't buy from your dealer. It'll be cheaper from one of the many folks who sell em online (Jerry Johnson, Toby Rivers, Troy Dietrich, etc... do a search on those names and you'll find a buncha contact info)
