I did a bunch of searching, but i just need a definitive answer. I, along with everyone else, seems to hate the yellowish DRL's. I want to get the 5k white-blue look.
1) can i go to a lexus dealership and have them turn off the DRL's? Will this also eliminate my high beams?

2) Are their one or two smaller bulbs PER headlight in the DRL opening? I dont know if there is only one and im seeing the reflection or what ...(2006 is350)

3) can someone please supply me with a link of what LEDs ill need to replace the smaller bulbs in the DRL location

The DRL and high beam are the same 9005 bulb. The bulb at low power is the DRL, that's why it looks yellow. The dealer turning it off is just disabling the feature that runs them in this mode, they still work as high beams.

Replacing your 9005 bulb with LEDs will lose you the high beam function.

 

sorry, i dont mean the 9005 drl high beam bulb... i was referring to the smaller parking lights in the corner to replace with LED

 

You can replace the parking lights with LED. I had mine changed out.

The ones on teh sides (showing as orange) - not sure what those are, but I did not change those out. Parking lights too?
