Are you guys sure? Either way I just emailed the seller to ask if he had the codes written down?
So if he didn't I will have to have the tires unmounted, have the TPMS codes programmed and then remounted?
If this is true that sucks.

Not 100% true, depends on the equipment of the shop you go to...
I am at a Toyota dealership, and we have a hand held scanner that will pick up the signal and ID code from each sensor, you just walk around to each wheel and it will tell you the codes, no need to dismount the tires...once you have the codes, the techstream can easily reprogram the TPMS ECU with the new codes...

You need the transmitter ID codes, which is alpha numeric & contains 7 characters.
There is an example shown in the above picture.
Also, I am sure your local lexus delearer has the code reader.
Plus they will have to program the 2nd set of sensors using the Lexus/Toyota Techstream lap top

a foot of snow coming tomorrow, I was seriously considering putting these on!
Oh well, at least my stock rims have Blizzak's and with an 80lb bag of salt in my trunk I've taken anything WI winters have thrown yet.
