Hi everyone,
I thought this would be a great place to post a question I have after my friend and I installed new Front EBC Red Brake pad and Sport (drilled and slotted) Rotors.
The only thing I'm not sure of is the direction of how the Rotors are going. I want to get a confirmation from everyone.

Where on the Rotor would it say "R" or "L" without removing the brake caliper and taking the whole thing out?
The camo paint job comes standard with all braking jobs.

I've just called Pepboys, and they've said the direction of the rotor doesn't matter. I wonder how true of a statement that is. This is bothering me so much. Surprised, no one had the EBC sport Rotor installed in either the IS250 or IS350. I was thinking of taking it out for bedding but wanted to confirm the installation first. I might call EBC and ask them just to make sure.

The direction matters! I have never seen EBC rotors that aren't marked "L" And "R". They should have come in one big box, but had each rotor in it's own box inside. That's where you would have seen the left and right designation......... I am certain that the curve of the slot would be forward, as Sffd103's are in the pic above.

Calling EBC would be your best bet, but just searched for the answer and found this:

Maybe this helps...
